A full night triple bill of two top-notch live acts for only $7! You do NOT want to miss this!
Lonesome Locomotive combines American Roots with Rock, Folk, Funk, Jam, and Bluegrass, to create a sound that is layered, direct, and poignant. Two and three part vocal harmonies set the stage for vintage sounds with big drums and powerful soloing. Imagine The Allman Brothers throwing a pool party, with Simon & Garfunkel playing the lounge Bar and Old & In The Way busking the entrance! The band formed in 2009 when Mike Rosen came and checked out drummer Erin Cassidy performing in some other Bay Area bands. Right away Mike and Erin started jamming at his house and brought in his bass player Mike Meagher in from his other bands. The core was born. Soon Rosen bumped into guitarist and vocalist, Brian Byrnes busking on the streets of San Francisco and he almost instantly became a full time member. You can come ride the Lonesome Locomotive at a festival and a concert hall near you.
*4 PIECE PUZZLE*
Blooming from Lake Tahoe's blossoming music community, 4 Piece Puzzle was born funky and strong and has been lighting up dance floors since its conception in 2010. The Band's original and dirty sound has evolved into a tight fusion of funk and blues laced with a heavy dose of psychedelic rock and jazz punk. Along with the Wick Star on keys and bass; Andy Hatch wailing on saxaphone, Martin Bush thumping on the drums and Rippin' Riff Cassidy on guitar, the sound is incredible and highly infectious. Hailing from such bands as Something Different, Twin Engine, Bison, Sierra Drifters and Groovebox: 4 Piece Puzzle is a super funky group, dirty and gritty just like the south, so tasty even you're mama will dig and you're grandpa would want to download.
Twin Engine: an array of West Coast musicians backed by identical twins Erin and Ryan Cassidy. Spawning from Northern California psychedelic pioneers Something Different. Twin Engine is an ever evolving collective of Jam crazy warriors as they attack the conventional norm.
