Described as "working class soul," SOFT WHITE SIXTIES is a four piece rockin' pop soul band which includes members...Octavio Genera, Aaron Ferguson, Ryan Noble & Joey Bustos.
This is a band that embodies the energy of Rock and Roll with the pop-slick attention to the melody of deep Soul. With drummer Joey Bustos of bay area bands Link 80, DESA and Street to Nowhere and Ryan Noble who fronted local bands Link 80 and DESA on Bass, in May of 2008 the band was officially formed and played its first show opening for Matt Embree of the Rx Bandits at Cafe Du Nord in San Francisco. The band is consistently playing shows throughout the Bay Area and Northern California. This band is ‘blowing up’!
Their sound is reminiscent of: The Rolling Stones, Oasis, Stereophonics and even Faces.
